Meat
- 1 1/2 - 3 pounds beef short ribs
Rib Marinade
- 1/4 cup brown sugar or 2 TBS honey (less if using agave)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 garlic scape, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tbs Thai basil
Directions
Place the ribs in a zip top bag and pour the marinade over top. Seal and marinade in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
